Please click the link below for the 2:21 minute homily of Msgr. Andrew Wadsworth, Superior/Moderator of the Oratory in-Formation at Saint Thomas Apostle Church in Washington, DC on the Feast St. Andrew Corsini  – Feb 4th

St. Andrew was a handful as a child and a teenager.  After his mamma had a dream he decided to enter the Carmelite order and accepted their severity of penance.  He was strongly dedicated to prayer and fasting.  Then he was named Bishop where he dedicated his own personal ministry to the poor.  He was also a great reconciler of persons that were at loggerheads with each other.

St. Philip Neri’s Maxim of the Day:

“He who always acts under obedience, may rest assured that he will not have to give an account of his actions to God.”
